Our century-old family farm in White Hall, MD has gradually become a favorite fall destination for many families. At Maple Border Farm we are excited to bring agriculture, family, and fun together with our corn maze and fall events. As Farmers, growing is our business and it is what we are focusing on to create a space for our family, friends and community to come together.
We are excited to be growing a lot for you! The corn maze and chrysanthemums have been around for the past 5 years. Last year we added two new crops: popcorn and the zinnia field. This year we are excited to be serving our own popcorn and teaching you about it. We're bringing back the flower field too. Our new crop for 2026 is our pumpkin patch.
Another aspect we are growing for this fall is the educational element. There are so many fascinating parts to agriculture and we want share them with you. Our goal for you is to experience the farm and learn about agriculture through enjoyment. As an active farm we are committed to growing fun for you because it's what we do!
Maple Border Farm’s Corn Maze & Activities:
This Autumn on the farm you will find 2 corn mazes. Our large corn maze is 6+ acres that has an interactive scavenger hunt. Our small kiddie maze is perfect for toddlers and young families who want to experience a corn maze but in a short, sweet dose. Along with the pumpkin patch and flower field we’ll have our own farm animals for you to enjoy, wagons rides around the farm, and farm equipment to explore & play on.
Our corn pool is a favorite with the children and one of the hardest places to get the kids to leave. The duck races, bounce house and other activities are central to seating and refreshments. This provides a lovely opportunity for you to sit and relax while the rest of the family is busy exhausting their energy.
You’ll find pumpkins and mums galore. Pumpkin painting is favorite activity for many families too. Along with the beauty around the farm there are charming photo areas and fun photo props. Campfires in the evening with hot cocoa bring on the cozy autumn atmosphere and make a great end to the day.
